Lead Product Engineer
Job Summary
Driving innovation in AI-powered observability solutions, the fully remote Lead Product Engineer will design and develop agentic AI systems, enhance observability platforms, and implement intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI solutions for observability, enabling anomaly detection and automated remediation
- Develop AIOps frameworks to automate workflows and improve incident response times
- Architect end-to-end observability solutions and enhance existing platforms with custom integrations and AI enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience in software, platforms, or automation solutions with a focus on observability
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Datadog and Dynatrace
- 3+ years of software development experience using Java (Spring Boot), Python, Node.js, or React
- 2+ years of experience building agentic AI systems or AI-native applications
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
