Lead Product Engineer - Observability

Job Summary

Driving innovation in AI-powered observability, the fully remote Lead Product Engineer - Observability will design and develop next-generation solutions focused on automation, intelligent insights, and self-healing systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI solutions for observability, enabling autonomous anomaly detection and automated remediation
• Develop AIOps frameworks to enhance incident response times and reduce operational noise
• Architect end-to-end observability solutions, integrating AI/ML capabilities for predictive insights and intelligent alerting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in software, platforms, or automation solutions with a focus on observability
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Datadog or Dynatrace
• 3+ years of software development experience using Java (Spring Boot), Python, Node.js, or React
• 2+ years of experience building agentic AI systems or AI-native applications
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
