Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap, the full-time Lead Product Manager will transform the mortgage marketplace into a centralized hub for home financing, collaborating with cross-functional teams and focusing on delivering high-quality leads through data-driven insights, while working remotely or in a hybrid model with an East Coast preference.

Key responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end product vision for a comprehensive digital mortgage experience
• Lead the design and execution of advanced consumer financing tools and seamless application workflows
• Manage partnerships with third-party vendors to enhance data capture and verification processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building engaging consumer experiences involving complex financial flows
• Experience transitioning a marketplace product into a data-validated transactional platform
• Ability to manage complex workstreams and influence cross-functional teams effectively
• Familiarity with APIs and mortgage technologies for secure data flow
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes in conversion optimization and lead quality metrics
