Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with executive leadership to define and execute the organization's product strategy
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, wireframe and design UX, oversee AI integrations, and lead product development
- Hire and mentor new members of the engineering and product teams
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of successfully launching complex products
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to make strategic business decisions
- Passion for education and technology
