Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager - D2C Personal Loans Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for the Personal Loans Marketplace, ensuring a personalized loan shopping experience
• Develop a multi-year product strategy based on trends and consumer insights to differentiate the company's value proposition
• Oversee the product roadmap from discovery to launch, including user research, design, and go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing financial products
• 3+ years of experience with comparison marketplaces, particularly in personal loans and related financial products
• Proven track record of launching products from concept to release, focusing on customer needs
• Experience in Agile or Lean environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field (preferred)
