Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Core Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and product requirements for core payment capabilities
• Design and launch new payment products and enhance existing ones to drive business growth
• Define and own the product strategy for core payments infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, focusing on payment systems and financial technology
• Deep understanding of traditional and emerging payment rails (e.g., ACH, Wires, RTP)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA a plus)
• Strong technical fluency and experience in Agile environments
• Familiarity with global banking systems, payment regulations, and open banking frameworks
