Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager - D2C Personal Loans Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for the Personal Loans Marketplace to enhance user experience and conversion
• Develop a multi-year product strategy based on trends and consumer insights to differentiate the company's value proposition
• Oversee the product roadmap from discovery to launch, collaborating with engineering teams and partners to implement features

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing financial products
• 3+ years of experience with comparison marketplaces, particularly in personal loans and related financial products
• Proven experience in launching products from concept to release focused on customer needs
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field (preferred)
