Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager focusing on Verifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Product Managers in the strategy and execution of Credit Verifications, AI Verifications, and Fraud
• Partner with internal teams to develop scalable underwriting workflows that enhance internal efficiencies and real-time decisioning
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to drive automation initiatives and manage product execution across the product lifecycle

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years in a product role or similar, with 3-5 years of experience leading teams of PMs or senior PMs
• Ability to manage both strategic and tactical aspects of product development
• Proven experience in managing complex workflows and building scalable systems for internal efficiencies
• Experience in rapid-growth startups is a major plus
• Experience in building and scaling internal platforms or similar products
