Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to shape product requirements and drive the development of automated solutions for small businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Build features to automate underwriting and operational workflows
• Prototype workflows and test concepts before engineering commits
• Analyze product performance and iterate quickly based on findings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in fintech, lending, or similar environments
• Experience owning products from concept through to iteration
• Designed workflows or decisioning logic that improved operational efficiency
• Familiarity with analytics tools and SQL for data analysis
• Exposure to lending operations, credit risk, and underwriting is preferred
