Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join their Product Management team in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy within the carrier-agency collaboration domain
• Develop a deep understanding of carrier and agency workflows and articulate value to stakeholders
• Lead complex, cross-team initiatives and drive system and experience design for end-to-end workflows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, with at least 8+ years in technical product management
• Comprehensive knowledge of product management practices, skills, and methodologies
• Deep understanding of the software industry and customer needs
• Experience in constructing cross-functional plans and influencing stakeholders
• Ability to independently identify and prioritize work while removing barriers
