Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join their Habits (Growth) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the activation and adoption strategy across the platform, connecting it to business outcomes
• Map the user journey to identify drop-offs and prioritize high-impact opportunities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other teams to ship product improvements quickly

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in growth or adoption-focused roles
• Proven track record of enhancing product activation, engagement, or retention
• Experience running experiments and learning from outcomes without perfect data
• Ability to work closely with Engineering and Design for iterative product development
• Empathy for users and understanding of their needs in a work environment
