Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to shape product strategy and oversee the Supply platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the product strategy for the B2B product suite, focusing on the pricing engine
• Lead a cross-functional team, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business needs
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and fostering growth

Required Qualifications

• Experience with home lending pricing engines or PPE, particularly in mortgage or refinance contexts
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage pricing, rate logic, and eligibility constraints
• Familiarity with pricing platforms like Optimal Blue or Mortech
• Proven track record in modernizing and scaling complex platform systems
• Strong product leadership experience with a focus on strategic vision and systems-level thinking
