• 7+ years in Product Management, preferably in Fintech, Healthtech, or Insurtech
• Proven experience in taking a product from concept to launch
• Comfortable with technical documentation and data analysis
• Experience managing relationships with C-level stakeholders
• Empathy for small business owners and understanding of user experience
