Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and outcomes for a new team focused on mortgage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Realtor Entry Strategy and define the product vision for realtor interactions
• Develop a multi-year roadmap to shift realtor loyalty from traditional lenders to the digital marketplace
• Lead product discovery for market expansion and balance the needs of realtors, consumers, and lenders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of the realtor-lender relationship
• Proven experience launching products in new market segments or zero-to-one initiatives
• Ability to work with APIs and ensure seamless data flow between stakeholders
• Experience managing complex, interconnected platforms
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes in revenue-impacting systems
