Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager - Monetization & Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap to maximize revenue per session and per user across the full funnel
• Improve key performance drivers and evaluate trade-offs between conversion volume and downstream quality
• Design and build new UI/UX experiences while ensuring alignment and execution across teams

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth or consumer-facing products
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end funnels and drive revenue outcomes
• Experience in building new UI/UX experiences and optimizing existing flows
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of product systems and technical concepts
