Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Lead Product Manager, responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of platform capabilities in a full-time remote role, focusing on long-term vision, organizational enablement, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the long-term vision and roadmap for platform capabilities, ensuring alignment across engineering and product leadership
• Serve as the connective tissue between platform and product teams, establishing standards and patterns for quality and velocity
• Lead platform strategy discussions and drive alignment on complex, multi-team initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with a background in software engineering
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS and familiarity with Terraform and Kubernetes
• Proven success in driving alignment across engineering, security, and operations at a senior level
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, and FERPA
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is valued
