Job Summary

Lead Product Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for owning product management for Pro and Enterprise offerings, focusing on customer engagement, revenue outcomes, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Pro and Enterprise products, linking features to revenue and retention outcomes
• Engage with customers to validate product direction and collaborate with sales on pipeline and renewals
• Drive execution through disciplined processes, working closely with engineering to ensure quality and speed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in product management for B2B or enterprise SaaS products
• Track record of linking product decisions to revenue and retention metrics
• Ability to balance immediate sales needs with long-term platform goals
• Hands-on experience in writing PRDs and conducting customer interviews
• Familiarity with technical product domains and engaging with engineering teams
