Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Lead Product Manager, a full-time position responsible for defining product strategy, leading new initiatives, and enhancing user experience in the health insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the product roadmap and define vision for new partnerships
• Shape and execute AI strategy to automate complex processes
• Lead initiatives from concept to validated, scalable products

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Fintech, Healthtech, or Insurtech
• Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including familiarity with APIs and SQL
• Experience managing relationships with C-level stakeholders
• Empathy for users, particularly small business owners and their employees
