Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution for user experiences, the full-time Lead Product Manager will focus on enhancing the upper-funnel journey and monetization efforts for Yelp's Services Experience team, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to drive project submissions and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the upper-funnel user experience to facilitate project submissions from consumers
• Define and execute monetization strategies, including features like shareable Request a Quote links
• Establish and communicate a 12-18 month product roadmap, aligning stakeholders across various teams

Required qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of product management with expertise in consumer journeys and conversion optimization
• Proven ability to analyze user funnels and implement product changes that impact key metrics
• Experience with LLM/chat product experiences and conversational design
• Track record of setting product vision and driving execution in partnership with engineering teams
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
