Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution for user engagement, the full-time Lead Product Manager will focus on enhancing the upper-funnel user experience and monetization efforts for Yelp's services marketplace in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the upper-funnel user experience to facilitate project submissions
• Define and execute a monetization strategy, including features like Request a Quote links
• Establish a 12-18 month product roadmap, aligning stakeholders across various teams

Required qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in product management with expertise in consumer journeys and marketplace dynamics
• Proven ability to analyze user funnels and implement product changes that improve key metrics
• Experience with LLM/chat product experiences and conversational design
• Track record of setting product vision and driving execution with engineering teams
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
