Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and development for the application platform, the remote Lead Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle, advance workflow automation strategies, and build integration ecosystems to enhance platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategy, determine roadmap, and manage prioritization for platform capabilities in collaboration with the engineering team
• Facilitate the end-to-end product lifecycle for the development of platform capabilities across the company
• Advance the workflow/automation strategy and develop the next generation of the workflow engine

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on enterprise SaaS products
• Technical background in engineering, data, or analytics
• Proven ability to collaborate across various functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology environment
• Experience navigating the full product lifecycle and rapidly shipping impactful products
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage details while maintaining a vision
