Job Summary

Passionate about mobile gaming, the remote Lead Product Manager will oversee product features from concept to release for the MONOPOLY GO! game, focusing on building engaging multiplayer experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance player engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of product features, ensuring alignment with player needs and business goals
• Build and implement new multiplayer social and solo minigames to enhance gameplay experiences
• Collaborate with design, UX, and engineering teams to create detailed game specifications and provide timely feedback on features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in F2P mobile casual games
• Proven ability to lead indirect reports toward shared goals
• Strong project management skills with an understanding of trade-offs and risk management
• Intermediate statistics knowledge for data-driven decision making
• Experience in developing social gameplay mechanics that encourage positive player behavior
