Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for clinical data integration, the remote Lead Product Manager will develop Galileo's interoperability strategy, define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure, and manage the EHR integration roadmap while ensuring cross-functional alignment among engineering, clinical, and leadership stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and steward Galileo's clinical data and interoperability strategy, ensuring alignment among stakeholders
• Define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure and translate clinical workflows into technical specifications
• Own the EHR integration roadmap, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving execution from specification to production

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare technology product management, with at least 4 years focused on clinical data, EHR integration, or interoperability
• Demonstrated ownership of a shipped interoperability or clinical data strategy
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems from a product or integration perspective
• Working knowledge of FHIR R4, HL7 v2/v3, and clinical data standards
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments
