Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for the Farmer Insights Platform, the remote Lead Product Manager will define product vision, drive development, and engage with stakeholders to enhance decision intelligence in agriculture through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Farmer Insights Platform
• Lead the development and growth of the insights platform from concept through launch and ongoing iteration
• Engage directly with farmers and industry stakeholders to validate product opportunities and enhance customer experiences

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with increasing levels of ownership and responsibility
• Proven experience building and launching complex software products from concept to production
• Strong customer discovery and product validation experience
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, agricultural, or related field
