Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for the CORE platform, the full-time Lead Product Manager will manage the roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for CORE product lines, balancing customer commitments and strategic opportunities
• Define and prioritize product features based on user research and business outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure efficient product delivery from discovery to launch

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years managing a complex B2B SaaS product
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate it into clear requirements
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or compliance-driven software is a plus
• Comfort working in a distributed, async-first environment
