Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

As a Lead Product Manager for Employer Acquisition, this full-time position will own the strategy and execution of initiatives aimed at driving growth in the SMB employer customer base, focusing on new employer acquisition and strategic partnerships, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Take full accountability for product domain, including KPI setting and daily execution
• Direct the product roadmap to enhance customer value and product effectiveness
• Conduct rapid growth experimentation to optimize product-led growth and acquisition strategies

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven success in product management with a record of delivering results
• Deep experience building business-facing products at scale
• Understanding of leveraging Machine Learning to solve user problems
• Passion for conducting user research and engaging directly with customers
• Ability to tackle complex problems across various domains with strategic versatility
