Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning critical advisor workflows, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will manage projects from problem definition through delivery, focusing on portfolio analytics, performance measurement, and options analysis while collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from problem definition through delivery, including PRDs, task breakdown, execution, and launch
• Lead discovery through structured user interviews, usage data, and direct customer feedback
• Translate complex portfolio and performance concepts into intuitive, trustworthy workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping data-driven or workflow-heavy products
• Comfort with quantitative concepts and a curiosity about portfolio analytics, options, and credit
• Proven ability to own features end to end with minimal oversight
• Strong discovery instincts and a bias toward talking directly with users
