Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the definition and execution of AI-first product capabilities, the full-time Lead Product Manager will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear product requirements for AI-powered capabilities and integrations, incorporating evaluation criteria and feedback mechanisms
• Partner with engineering teams to evaluate models and identify opportunities for iterative improvements based on customer feedback and performance metrics
• Curate and maintain an AI roadmap, prioritizing incremental improvements that enhance quality, trust, and customer value

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI product management with a focus on launching AI-driven products
• Experience applying responsible AI principles, including traceability, privacy, and security
• Technical acumen to experiment with AI tools for product prototyping and evaluation
• Ability to create or curate mock datasets for experimentation and validation
• Strong structured communication skills for conveying priorities and progress to stakeholders
