Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for the MoneyGuide platform, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative financial planning solutions to enhance client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer insights
• Develop detailed feature specifications and prioritize product features in collaboration with development and design teams
• Act as a subject matter expert, engaging with clients to translate insights into product enhancements and drive adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial technology industry
• Experience with data analysis and A/B testing
• Ability to write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs)
• Experience working closely with development teams and stakeholders
