Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product design for core analytical database features, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will conduct user research, write PRDs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize database capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product design and create clear PRDs for core database features
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and other teams throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery of features
• Monitor user feedback post-launch to drive ongoing optimization and manage the full feature lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with big data platforms or database products
• Hands-on experience with database internals, including query engines and distributed database architecture
• Proficiency in using AI tools for product design and prototyping
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
