Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a specific area of the product, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will manage the vision, roadmap, backlog, and sprint processes while collaborating directly with engineers to ensure precise specifications and effective prioritization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct continuous discovery through customer interactions to understand and address user needs
• Own and maintain the area roadmap, translating long-term goals into actionable work for current sprints
• Write detailed specifications and manage the backlog, ensuring clarity and focus for the engineering team

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, including writing specifications and managing a backlog
• Strong understanding of industrial IoT domains or the ability to quickly learn complex areas
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and fluency in technical communication
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with AI tools for drafting specifications and enhancing productivity
