Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of the flagship product line, the full-time Lead Product Manager will identify market opportunities, lead cross-functional teams in product discovery, and define strategies for new capabilities, all while working remotely or onsite in San Diego, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and develop a product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams in discovery efforts to assess viable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
• Communicate product plans and strategies to executive leadership and ensure launch readiness with various teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including new product development and management of existing products
• Proven track record of successfully developing products from concept to launch
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with strong market analysis capabilities
