Job Summary

To drive significant change in healthcare innovation, the temporary remote Lead Product Manager will manage senior-level stakeholders, oversee a full-stack development squad, and lead the expansion of a critical digital application while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage senior-level stakeholders to define success metrics and prioritize product roadmaps and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Lead an outcomes-based product model rooted in user research, ensuring high engagement and collaboration
• Craft and manage comprehensive roadmaps, coordinating strategies across the product platform

• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Experience working in an Agile framework
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
