Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for Ethena's learning experience, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will manage critical features across software and training products, ensuring engaging content and effective product outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the strategy for the learning experience, determining topics and regulations to cover
• Contribute to the software roadmap by owning select features and making well-reasoned decisions on product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft clear product specifications and enablement motions for product launches

• Proven track record of driving outcomes at early-stage companies with tangible product impacts
• Strong product sense with an understanding of impactful training alongside technology
• Exceptional clarity in writing and conversation, simplifying complex concepts
• Genuine fluency with AI tools in daily work and understanding their capabilities and limitations
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive, hands-on approach
