Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative financial products, the full-time Lead Product Manager will own and ship product lines focused on everyday money management while managing a small team of PMs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and ship product lines, evolving existing products and launching new ones from problem identification through to execution
• Develop a multi-phase product thesis and roadmap for Everyday Money, determining product priorities and features that drive user retention and profitability
• Lead the AI innovation lab to create consumer experiences utilizing agentic AI, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product strategy with P&L ownership for a product or business line
• Background in fintech product development, with a strong understanding of consumer financial products and market dynamics
• Proven ability to prioritize user needs and partner with design to deliver compelling user experiences
• Experience managing PMs and developing talent while maintaining hands-on involvement in product execution
• Familiarity with compliance constraints in a regulated product environment
