Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the digital team, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will own product strategy, roadmap execution, and measurable outcomes across multiple product domains while leveraging customer insights and analytics to drive product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of product roadmaps aligned with company objectives
• Lead complex product discovery efforts, balancing customer value and technical feasibility
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders through effective communication

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience with customer-facing digital products
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven success in defining product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong experience with product prioritization, experimentation, and roadmap development
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and senior leadership throughout the product lifecycle
