Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager in a full-time remote role, this position will own and scale products for ACV's dealer-to-dealer marketplace, leading a team of junior product managers while driving product strategy, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the quality and velocity of product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the marketplace area, aligning the team on high-value goals
• Lead and develop a team of junior product managers, providing clear expectations and regular feedback
• Drive cross-functional alignment on multi-team initiatives to unlock opportunities and reduce friction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and scaling products end to end in a high-growth environment
• Experience managing, coaching, and growing a team of product managers
• Fluency with AI-native product workflows and rapid prototyping
• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience building business cases for executives
