Lead Product Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic client relationships, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager will manage product requests, build an intake process for client inquiries, and collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize work while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Product Partner for reporting and product requests from strategic clients
• Build and run an intake and triage process for incoming client requests to ensure consistent assessment and prioritization
• Translate ambiguous client requests into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, particularly with enterprise or strategic-account relationships
• Strong technical fluency with data, reporting, and BI systems, including SQL and data models
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent customer requests effectively
• Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and translating vague requests into actionable insights
