Job Summary

Owning the brokerage accounts product area end-to-end, the remote Lead Product Manager, Accounts will manage account models, onboarding, KYC/KYB processes, and operational workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance partner experiences and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the accounts area, including onboarding and lifecycle management
  • Execute multiple in-flight initiatives in parallel, ensuring timely delivery of strategically important projects
  • Collaborate with various teams to prioritize initiatives that balance regulatory risk, operational load, and revenue impact
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or startup environments, with senior ownership in a regulated accounts or brokerage domain
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of accounts-related products at production scale, including KYC and identity verification
  • Direct experience with US accounts and identity regulatory frameworks such as FINRA and FATCA
  • Proven ability to manage and execute area-level roadmaps across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field
