Lead Product Manager, AI Automation

Job Summary

Collaboratively defining the AI and automation strategy, the full-time Lead Product Manager, AI Automation will focus on governance frameworks, prioritize high-value use cases, and manage the deployment of internal enterprise AI systems while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Marqeta's Enterprise AI and automation strategy, including governance frameworks and adoption roadmaps
• Design and lead the prioritization process for AI and automation technology requests, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Oversee QA and UAT processes for AI systems, coordinating deployment and establishing hypercare programs for major go-lives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in IT product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI or emerging technology products
• Experience building internal-facing enterprise AI systems or platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs and enhancement roadmaps for enterprise applications
• Strong prioritization instincts in fast-moving environments, focusing on business outcomes
• Change management experience with a proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies
