Lead Product Manager AI-SOC

Job Summary

Owning the strategy for an autonomous investigation platform, the full-time Lead Product Manager, AI-SOC will define and maintain investigation playbooks, establish telemetry requirements, and guide the evolution of disposition logic while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the library of investigation playbooks and queries across various alert types and data sources
• Establish telemetry and schema requirements for onboarding new log sources and alert integrations in partnership with engineering and data teams
• Incorporate threat intelligence into autonomous investigation workflows and track core quality metrics to ensure high standards are met

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in security operations, alert triage, detection engineering, or security engineering within an MDR, MSSP, or enterprise SOC environment
• Deep working knowledge of Detection & Response across multiple technical domains, including endpoint, network, identity, cloud, or SaaS/email
• 2+ years in product management or equivalent SOC leadership translating domain expertise into engineering requirements
• Experience with major EDR/XDR platforms and proficiency in investigation methodology and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• US Citizenship with active or prior security clearance experience in federal or government environments
