Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager for Enterprise API.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Senior Product Managers, guiding their development and team maturity
• Own the strategy and coherence of the Partner SDK and Component Library across product squads
• Establish operating rhythms and frameworks to ensure consistent team delivery and product quality

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing a strategic horizon of 12-24 months
• Proven ability to elevate product managers through coaching and clarity
• Deep familiarity with developer platforms, API design, and component library ecosystems
• Experience governing the full lifecycle of enterprise APIs and component libraries
• Ability to mediate conflicts and maintain team alignment
