Lead Product Manager - Card Issuing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager - Card Issuing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development and launch of the card issuing program, including physical and virtual cards
• Define and execute the card issuing product roadmap, collaborating with banking partners and payment networks
• Monitor card program performance and identify opportunities for improvement in card economics and user engagement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or payments
• Direct experience launching or scaling a card issuing program
• Deep familiarity with card issuing infrastructure, including banks and processors
• Strong understanding of payments architecture and financial systems
• Ability to operate in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership
