Lead Product Manager, Card Issuing

Job Summary

To build and scale a card issuing platform from the ground up, the full-time Lead Product Manager, Card Issuing will own the strategy, development, launch, and ongoing iteration of the card program while working in a hybrid environment based in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the card issuing platform
• Lead the development and launch of physical and virtual card products, including infrastructure and partnerships
• Define and optimize the card program's economics and manage the full transaction lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 6 or more years of Product Management experience in fintech, payments, banking, or related fields
• Proven experience launching a card issuing product from 0 to 1
• Strong understanding of card program operations and transaction lifecycles
• Experience with card economics, including interchange and processing costs
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex financial systems
