Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Clinical Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the clinical data and interoperability strategy, ensuring alignment among stakeholders
• Define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure and oversee the EHR integration roadmap
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage enterprise clinical workflow decisions throughout the product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare technology product management, with at least 4 years focused on clinical data or EHR integration
• Demonstrated ownership of a shipped interoperability or clinical data strategy
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems from a product or integration perspective
• Working knowledge of FHIR R4, HL7 v2/v3, and clinical data standards
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments
