Lead Product Manager, Clinical

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for clinical data integration, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager, Clinical Experience will manage EHR integration, develop interoperability strategies, and ensure alignment across engineering and clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and steward the clinical data and interoperability strategy, aligning stakeholders around a coherent direction
• Define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure and translate clinical workflow needs into technical specifications
• Own the EHR integration roadmap and manage enterprise clinical workflow decisions throughout the product development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare technology product management, with at least 4 years in clinical data or EHR integration roles
• Demonstrated ownership of an interoperability or clinical data strategy that has been successfully implemented
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems from the product or integration perspective
• Working knowledge of FHIR R4 and clinical data standards, capable of engaging engineers effectively
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments without a clear playbook
