Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap for the Hims and Hers mobile app, the full-time Lead Product Manager, Consumer Apps will shape features and cross-category experiences to enhance patient engagement and retention in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the app product roadmap, developing new features and navigation architecture
• Lead growth and engagement strategies, collaborating with category and CRM lifecycle teams
• Drive A/B testing on app features to improve patient adherence and retention metrics

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on consumer mobile products
• Proven track record of shipping app features that enhance retention and engagement
• Strong understanding of mobile product design and user behavior
• Experience with rigorous A/B testing and metric frameworks
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
