Lead Product Manager, Data & AI

Job Summary

Driving the next generation of data and AI initiatives, the full-time Lead Product Manager, Data & AI will define product vision and strategy, manage generative AI opportunities, and collaborate across teams to optimize clinical operations and enhance member experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion a multi-year product vision and roadmap for data and AI platforms
• Drive high-impact opportunities leveraging generative AI and manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Collaborate across complex stakeholder groups to embed AI capabilities into core member experiences and operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud-based software, or health tech
• 3+ years of experience shipping machine learning and data-driven products at scale
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven capacity to manage ambiguity and establish clear product boundaries in a fast-paced environment
