Lead Product Manager, Developer Experience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Developer Experience (platform-to-product).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Data Engineering Hub and related tools
• Partner with data and platform engineering teams to enhance developer productivity and standardize internal capabilities
• Lead discovery efforts to identify user pain points and translate technical concepts into clear product direction

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Engineering, or related roles
• Strong technical background in data infrastructure or developer platforms
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or Spark preferred)
• Experience with data platforms, APIs, or developer tools
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives in complex environments
