Lead Product Manager, EMEA

Job Summary

Owning the supply side of the agent marketplace, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager, EMEA will manage agent quality, coverage, and ecosystem development to ensure high standards and reliability for users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the By Pencil agent roadmap, defining quality standards, evaluation frameworks, and improvement processes
• Build and scale automated evaluation pipelines to measure agent performance against real customer briefs
• Drive third-party integrations, managing the pipeline from prioritization to launch and ensuring high-quality standards

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI product development, particularly with LLM or agentic products
• Background in marketing or creative technology, with an understanding of enterprise marketing needs
• Experience in building evaluation frameworks and metrics for product quality assessment
• Familiarity with working alongside external developers and partners in a tech ecosystem
• Technical credibility to engage in discussions about model selection and integration design
